Wilhelmina Kebab sits in a corner unit, so the design had two jobs: a welcoming counter for customers and a practical kitchen behind it. Customers see brushed steel, red accents, planted walls and backlit menu boards; behind the scenes the kitchen runs along the windows with grill stations, prep counters, sinks and storage in a clear working order. Outside, a bold sign and a small terrace wrap the brick corner.
